Online Return/Exchange Instructions
To return an Ophelia Maquillage product purchased from Opheliamaquillage.com
1. Please email accounts@opheliamaquillage.com (the invoice is enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records

2. For your convenience, we have provided a return address label on the invoice that should be affixed to the outside of the return package. If the label is not available, all returns should be addressed to:

3. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via insured UPS Ground. Return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items.

The deposit is deducted from the final balance due. Please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a signed contract and deposit are received.
A start time and end time will be determined and approved by the client. The Makeup Artist will arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled call time to set up. Each makeup application requires a certain length of time to be finished and is not to exceed time limit. When reserving your date, book accordingly. Any additional makeup needs outside contract will only be performed at the discretion of the MUA (Make up artist). Early Call Times: A $35 fee will be charged for booked appointment times before 8:00am.
A makeup consultation is strongly recommended for all bridal clients. It is designed for each client to connect with their artist and to determine the desired look for the day. Please allow at least 2.5 hours for Makeup Consultations. Also provide makeup services for engagement and bridal portraits. Because these are additional services, they have separate fees and are due when services are rendered. If the client needs to make changes to any of these services, please call at least 24hours in advance to reschedule.
A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if scheduled makeup exceeds allotted time because of client’s delays. Contract will state the times late fees will begin and the amount charged and will be initialed and approved by client. Due to potential scheduling conflicts, if any person is not available for an appointed booking time and/or past 30 minutes late, then his or her makeup may be cancelled (at the sole discretion of the MUA and any appointment monies are non-refundable.
All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, GENEVE OPHELIA GRAY from liability for any skin complications due allergic reaction
All services will be provided on location and at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the makeup artist needs to complete the makeup. A “set up” table/work area needs to be made available for the makeup artist at said location. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly. Makeup Artist will NOT supply makeup chair.
A mileage fee will be charged for all mobile location. The amount will be determined at time of inquiry
The final balance is due one week prior to the of the wedding no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract. If there are any subtractions to the number or persons requiring services within 2 weeks of the event date, 100% of the original contract price is till due.
I grant to GENEVE OPHELIA HUMPHREY right to take photographs of me and my property regarding the wedding. I authorize GENEVE OPHELIA HUMPHREY, its assigners and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that GENEVE OPHELIA HUMPHREY may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
(a) In the event Client should fail to pay any periodic or installment payment due hereunder, the contractor may cease work without breach pending payment or resolution of dispute.
(b) GENEVE OPHELIA HUMPHREY shall not be liable for any delay or nonperformance due to circumstances beyond her control.
(c) GENEVE OPHELIA HUMPHREY is an independent contractor and not an employee of client.
(d) Any changes to this document must be signed by both GENEVE OPHELIA HUMPHREY (contractor) and Client.
Should a client cancel the booked event or any service on a contract, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred. If makeup artist cancels at any time or unable to perform her duties for any reason the deposit paid will be fully refunded.

OPHELIA MAQUILLAGE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO the Gift CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, or non-infringement. if there is any issue with or related to a gift card (including without limitation IF A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL), YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND LOBLAW’s SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.
